Fake, replica, mirror-copy or 'inspired' branded goods — including anything labelled AAA, 1:1 or dupe of a real brand.

• Fake designer bags, wallets or trainers (Nike, Adidas, Yeezy, Supreme)
• Bootleg / knockoff / mirror-copy branded clothing
• Counterfeit certificates of authenticity or receipts

Please note: this list is not exhaustive. Any item designed to imitate a protected brand — including unofficial "inspired by", "unbranded copy", "dupe" or "1:1" variants not listed above — is also prohibited and will be removed at MintedUK's discretion.

Genuine branded items are welcome. Our automated checker can make mistakes, so if a genuine item is flagged you can appeal and our team will review it.

Age-restricted items

Any product restricted by UK law to buyers 18+ — vapes, tobacco, alcohol, weapons, adult toys, gambling products.

• Alcohol (wine, spirits, beer, champagne)

Fragile or Uninsurable Items

Items that carriers refuse to cover for damage (glassware, ceramics) or high-value uninsurable goods like fine jewellery.

Hazardous Shipping Items

Items that carriers refuse to ship or have strict limits on (batteries, perfumes, aerosols).

Live Animals, Pets & Livestock

Any live creature, mammal, reptile, bird, fish, insect, or hatching egg protected under UK welfare regulations.

• Domestic pets (puppies, kittens, rabbits, hamsters, cats, dogs)
• Livestock, poultry, or farm animals (chickens, sheep, goats)
• Exotic animals, reptiles, amphibians, and live insects
• Hatching eggs or live bait
• Any items containing illegal ivory, uncertified taxidermy, or wildlife parts violating CITES agreements

Health hazards & regulated goods

Anything that risks buyer safety — used cosmetics, drugs and medicines, hazardous chemicals, unsafe electricals, bodily-fluid items.

• Prescription or over-the-counter medicines (antibiotics, painkillers, steroids, Ozempic, Viagra)
• Illegal drugs and paraphernalia (cannabis, cocaine, bongs, crack pipes, syringes)
• Used cosmetics, skincare, perfume, makeup, contact lenses
